New Weight Room Coming for AHS

Aberdeen High School will be having a makeover to their weight room. The construction will begin in May or June.
Beginning at the end of the school year, the construction crew will be working on the new weight room. The weight room will be enlarged by knocking out a few walls. The walls being knocked out will total about 12×12.
The new weight room will have new equipment, Mr. Lewis, the physical education department chair, said. Lewis said he is very excited for the new equipment. The new weight room will be getting thousands of dollars worth of new equipment.
AHS’s new weight room will be worked on over the summer and should be ready by the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year.
