What did you do on Halloween? Although many of us are far too old to go trick-or-treating, there’s still plenty of things to do to get through this frightening holiday.

One of the things you could have done was taken a little kid trick-or-treating. Do you have a little brother, sister, niece, or nephew? I’m sure it would have brightened their day, and maybe gotten you some free candy, as well!

Another thing you could have done was thrown a Halloween Bash, (or party). There’s a lot of little treats to make, and hey, who doesn’t like to be able to show off in a nice costume? You could have even went to one instead of throwing one yourself, and it’s a fun excuse to get together with some friends.

I went around the school and asked people what they did on Halloween, and here’s what some of them said.

“I went to a Halloween party with some friends the week before, and I went out with some friends as a nerd on Halloween night,” said Mr. Mull, teacher at AHS.

“I really just stayed at home and ate some candy, nothing special,” Mrs. Bobinski, a teacher at AHS, said. You don’t even have to do anything exciting on Halloween to have fun; it might even just be a good excuse to have some time to yourself to relax.

Whatever it is you did, there’s always next year to celebrate.
