Coming up to the end of the year, most seniors are preparing to graduate and start their lives as adults and move onto a college or a trade school and start their careers.

To the upcoming freshmen at Aberdeen High School, it is important that you know what you’re doing. Your high school career is up to you, you decide how long you’ll be here and how you are looked at by your friends and teachers. Your teachers are here to guide you, respect them and you’ll learn what you need to learn.

“Worry about your grades early in so you don’t have to later,” said senior Chris Ortiz.

Keep your grades up and get done what you need to get done.

“Pick the classes you want to pick,” said Jordan Stewart, “Talk to your counselor and take classes you want to take.”

“The best advice I can give is, join a club, team, or sport because you can learn a lot from it,” said senior CJ Allen. “keep your grades up and do everything you can do to pass and don’t let your grades slip.”

Set goals for yourself and do everything you can do to achieve those goals.
