Are you interested in military service after high school, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Active Duty, Reserves or ROTC?  Plan to take the ASVAB (the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery), a multiple- choice test that helps you better understand your strengths and identify career paths.

The ASVAB is used to help match Military Occupational Specialties – the jobs that are best suited for you in the military.  Anyone interested in taking the test (and this includes non-military bound students, as well) are welcome to take the test.  No military recruiters will contact you after the test.

Go to Naviance and sign up to take the test under College Visits by Thursday, January 8th.  Print out your pass and be on time – 7:30AM sharp in the cafeteria on Friday, January 9th.  The test lasts approximately three hours.

If you have any questions, see Mrs. Jacobson in the School Counseling Office.
